We believe that good design is a design that is created from deep thought and understanding of various related issues. Therefore, research on users, sites, and current issues is important to do as input for more responsible design process.
The stage of submitting ideas and design concepts as initial ideas based on the results of research and analysis of: site, location context, climate, sun’s orbital pattern, contextual issues related to function. We analyze all data to come up with a design that is
specific, unique and suitable for the environment. This stage is also the stage of “introduction” to the
owner about Tanareka vision, design methods, and principles.
Output : Analysis report (due diligence), vission statement, programming, big ideas, and conceptual 2D drawing and 3D image.
At this stage, a more in-depth and detailed exploration is carried out to produce an agreed or fixed design. In this stage it is possible to make various adjustments or revisions to the design as long as it doesn’t change the master plan.
Output : Drawing tha already showing size, material selection, sanitation selection, and lamp armature selection, permit application (if needed)
At this stage, the process of detailing architectural, structural and MEP drawings is carried out which will be used as Construction Working Drawings. Tanareka can work with third parties such as structural, lighting, acoustics or MEP consultants, separately or together depending on the agreement.
Output : Architectural, structural and MEPs for construction drawing.
Periodic supervision is carried out during the construction process. During this process the we will
do site visit for 1-2 times per month or when there is important work that needs to be checked.
