Pakuseba Farmstay

PAKUSEBA FARMSTAY is conceived as a small-scale mixed-use development that integrates multiple primary activities within one interconnected spatial system. Rather than treating each function as separate components, the project weaves them into a cohesive environment where living, learning, social interaction, and productive activities support one another.

This integration is expressed through three main elements. Accommodation provides flexible living spaces designed to support both short-term and long-term stays, responding to different patterns of occupancy and user needs. The social hub functions beyond a conventional communal area; it is designed as a productive shared space that encourages interaction and collective activity through facilities such as a mini library, classroom, and communal kitchen. The productive landscape is realized through a permaculture garden, introducing a productive dimension to the site while strengthening the relationship between architecture, daily life, and nature.

Through this approach, PAKUSEBA FARMSTAY is designed not merely as a place for temporary stay, but as a small ecosystem where hospitality is combined with opportunities for learning, social exchange, and productive living. Each function is carefully connected to create a balanced and harmonious spatial experience, allowing everyday activities to unfold naturally within the site.

Ultimately, what PAKUSEBA offers is more than accommodation. It proposes a living experience — one that enables residents to engage more meaningfully with space, nature, and the rhythms of daily life
